How to Unlock My Account
If you find yourself locked out of your account, this article will guide you through the steps to unlock your account.
Account Locked Error
When logging in to your RetireReady NJ account with the wrong username or password, for security purposes, your account will get locked out after five failed attempts.
How Do I Unlock My Account?
There are two ways to unlock your account.
1. Selecting Reset Password Link
- From the "Account Locked" screen, select the reset your password button.
- On the next screen, enter the email associated with your RetireReady NJ account twice and click on Send Password Reset Link.
- A reset password link will be sent to your email. Select the link.
- Lastly, you will be brought to the "Password Reset" screen. Set up your new password.
That's all! Log back into your account.
2. Selecting Return to Login Link
- From the "Account Locked" screen, select the return to login option.
- On the next screen, select the Forgot your password? button.
- This will bring you directly to the "Password Reset" screen. Enter the email associated with your RetireReady NJ account twice and click Send Password Reset Link.
- A reset password link will be sent to your email. Select the link.
- Lastly, you will be brought to the "Password Reset" screen. Set up your new password.
That's all! Log back into your account.
