The program has launched. For employers with 40 more employees, the deadline was September 15, 2024. For employers with 25 to 39 employees, the deadline is November 15, 2024. New Jersey employers with 25 or more employees will need to facilitate the program if they don’t already offer their own qualified retirement savings plan.
